2024 was transformative for Tengyue and our customers, marked by exciting achievements and significant milestones. This year, we unveiled our refreshed brand, which reflects the company’s evolution, strategic partnerships, and innovative product launches designed to help our customers navigate pressing challenges and embrace new opportunities.
What matters to utilities and cities matters to us. That’s why we prioritized sharing key insights, best practices and emerging trends throughout the year.

Our customers’ successes are integral to ours. Below are some of their most notable achievements in 2024.
Future-proof and improve the efficiency of consumer data collection processes: Berliner Mieterverein e.V. Berlin‘s largest housing association deployed Tengyue’s smart water meter, using a radio receiver and a mobile reading device, the staff at Strömesand Wassertechnik GmbH can now record consumption data while driving at speeds of up to 50 km/h. When the reading device is synchronized with the data management software, the data is automatically transferred to the wireless remote platform.
Rethinking metering to develop water services in Brazil: Rethinking metering to develop water services in Brazil: AEGEA has been working to improve water services in Brazil. AEGEA enabled tengyue water meters, we tested a range of different water meters and our vehicle-mounted and fixed network systems at various locations in Brazil. The testing period produced convincing results.
Efficiency down to the last drop： Water is precious, especially in Saudi Arabia.By centrally and fully automating the monitoring of the entire water distribution network, the Abha region aims to minimize water losses and avoid erroneous consumption measurements. Local water suppliers want to control non-revenue water issues. Tengyue Metering, together with on-site partners, invested in a comprehensive smart metering
infrastructure for the local water supplier.In the fixed network, up to 85,000 ultrasonic water meters with integrated radio modules will be installed to enable fully automatic meter readings in the Abha region.
Throughout 2024, Tengyue continued to push the envelope with new product innovations. Here are some of the new products we launched.
S14 Ultrasonic Residential Water Meter:The S14 Static ultrasonic domestic water meter is an advanced and highly accurate ultrasonic water meter for residential applications.High accuracy reaches up to R800 (Q3/Q1) and remains the same no matter the installation position.
Ultrasonic technology enables the measurement of even the lowest flow rates, making it the best solution for addressing NRW (Non-Revenue Water).

S15 Plastic Ultrasonic Water Meter: Ultrasonic lora-based water meter designed for measuring cold water consumption in households, blocks of flats and for industrial applications. High accuracy up to R400 (Q3/Q1), ensures excellent performance in all installation conditions.
S15 is a data rich end-point, supporting numerous protocols and is ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow’s smart water networks.

STS Prepaid Water Meter:Tengyue split STS prepaid water meter system, including the customer interface unit (ClU) and prepaid smart water meter, are both integrated with the LoRa RF Wireless Communication Module. End users only need to input tokens via ClU to realize basic functions for example, input 20 digits recharge token to recharge the meter and input 2 digits data query token to query the parameters in the meter.
