Prepaid IC card water meter, this smart drinking water meter has a prepaid function. The prepaid water meter has mechanical and electronic readings. It controls users’ overspending by prepaying with an IC card. Pay in advance and then use water to eliminate the inconvenience of on-site meter reading and charging.

With prepayment, the user pays for an amount of water to management first, and management puts water purchasing information into the card. After receiving the information from the card, the meter will open the valve with water automatically. During the using process, the water meter microcomputer calculates water consumption automatically. When the water runs out, the prepaid IC card water meter will close the valve automatically, and if the user needs to repurchase water from management, the valve will open again.
